Element Materials Technology sucht Dich als Auszubildenden (m/w/d) für Werkstoffprüfung

-Fachrichtung Metalltechnik-für unseren Standort in Hamburg-Harburg zum 01.August 2021.

Als Werkstoffprüfer/in untersuchst Du verschiedene Bauteile und Materialien auf ihre mechanisch technologischen und metallographischen Eigenschaften. Mit zerstörenden und zerstörungsfreien Prüfverfahren prüfst Du unterschiedliche Materialeigenschaften wie Festigkeit und Härte sowie die Verformbarkeit von Bauteilen.

Was Du bei uns lernst

• Ermitteln von mechanisch technologischen Eigenschaften von metallischen Werkstoffen
• Durchführen von Zug-, Druck- und Biegeversuche
• Bedienen von Mikroskopen zur Durchführung von Gefügeuntersuchungen
• Proben entnehmen, Messungen und Prüfungen durchführen
• Zusammenfassen und Darstellen von Versuchsergebnissen

Was Du mitbringst

• Sehr guter Realschulabschluss oder Abitur mit der Begeisterung für Physik und Mathe
• Technisches Verständnis und Spaß an handwerklichen Tätigkeiten
• schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Freude an der Arbeit im Team
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
