Element is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, and we’re looking for an Site Manager to join our Operational Leadership team at our laboratory in Wiesloch.
Reporting directly to the Cluster Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that timely, accurate, and reliable test results are delivered to our clients.
As an Site Manager, you will take on a variety of leadership responsibilities that drive operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensure compliance with established safety rules, uphold our company’s code of conduct, and lead your team in line with Element’s policies and procedures.
Lead and execute the SQDC routine, ensuring all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics are continuously met and improved upon
Facilitate daily operational meetings to review performance, address bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance overall performance
Actively engage with teams to uphold SQDC principles, ensuring the operational standards are consistently met across all shifts
Provide regular operational updates to Ops Manager, highlighting key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and operational challenges
Maintain open communication between departments, shifts, and teams, ensuring issues are addressed in real-time and progress is tracked
Ensure that all teams are informed of daily goals, changes, and updates to facilitate smooth operations and achieve objectives
